Keeping the fryer area, prep area, and other related areas to be clean, organized and stocked with all supplies. Also following food safety guidelines and procedures to ensure the quality of products served.

Sweeping, Mopping, Vacuuming, dusting and polishing. Disinfecting surfaces including bathrooms and kitchens. Washing, drying, folding linens and towels. Moving furniture to clean underneath and behind. Emptying trash receptacles and disposing of waste.
