In charge of multiple locations to handle stores in need of replacing or retraining staff.

Training of new District Mangers for store day to day operations. This provided them with knowledge of what the responsibilities of their team is and how to hold them accountable to those standards.

Sent to different areas for a week to two weeks at a time for multiple assignments. These included resetting stores to standards, closing of stores and proper dispersal of remaining inventory. Training new Managers and covering for Managers who were being sent to Corporate in order to be certified. Also responsible for investigating cash and inventory loss while making sure all procedures were being properly implemented.
