I started my career as an account manager with a regional insurance agency in South Jersey. I later accepted a position with Colburn Insurance Services servicing a large block of association employee benefits business and was later promoted to Sales Executive in their wholesale employee benefit products division. I was tasked with building a broker network to grow revenue and maintain carrier contracts. During that time I was part of a team that grew revenue from $0 to several million in a short time.

I left Colburn Insurance to pursue a career as a retail healthcare consultant with AJM Insurance Management in Cherry Hill NJ. It is during this time that I honed my skills in the area of self fuding. During this time I developed a large book of business that exceeded $2.5 million in revenue at its peak. I focused primarily on public and private entity self funded employee benefit plans.

In 2013 AJM Insurance Management was purchased by AssuredPartners. It was during this time I was promoted to Sales Leader for the Philly Metro Market and later Senior Vice President.

During my time with AssuredPartners I have received multiple sales awards, MVP award, Biggest Hit award and was inducted into the Million Dollar Revenue Club. This was accomplished by working with a skilled team of professionals that provided the necessary support to bring the resources of a large international brokerage and consulting firm to bear in the marketplace.
