  • Relocated to his own business and has a developer build him a shack by Keystone Mountain (before there was a town) and set up shop to sell real estate and figured out how to develop the lead list business to generate success.
  • He sold the new homes being built in the ski area (they are launches).
  • Promotional Real Estate- moved from residential and then developed preconstruction pricing. Selling before property was built.
  • Sold 6 million dollars in one day.
  • Greg hired a coach that was from IBM he referred him to a computer guy when it was free or cents for ad words. He set up to obtain all the leads.
  • 100-200 calls per day (this was normal as what he did as a stockbroker).
  • He would qualify the leads and had a management company give free nights for his clients.
  • This is when he figured to really make money.
  • He property was going up after it sold. You could sell the contracts for a profit. This was the first initiation into flipping a contract.
  • Investors put up the contracts / he would sell the contracts 4 to 5 times.
  • Generating 400/500k per on his own.
  • Net listing (wholesaling) was the next direction he learned. This is a process he will teach to people.
