  • During the day/night of the wedding, My duties require setting up any personal items the bride and groom brought (Champagne glasses, Cake knife, Pictures, Etc...) Also packing all items up at the end of the night.

  • During dinner, I communicate with my banquet team on when to serve and clear based on the timeline.
