I have participated in countless dance related activities since I was 3. In 2018 I started dancing competitively when I joined the Elite Dance Team, and I became a member of the First Colonial Dance Team when I began my freshman year in 2022. Throughout those years I attended dance competitions, recitals, clinics, camps, and workshops. I also volunteered as staff for dance clinics for children with the First Colonial Dance Team. I stayed on both teams until I graduated high school, I am now an assistant coach and social media manager for First Colonial's dance team.

I was a member of the First Colonial Dance Team for all 4 years of high school. My freshman year I was given the "Most Valuable Rookie" award at our end of year sports banquet. My sophomore year I was given the title of "Spirit Captain" and "Social Media Manager" which carried throughout the rest of my high school experience. My junior and senior year I was given the title of captain and was awarded the "MVP" award at our end of year sports banquet. My coach and teammates saw me as an "excellent leader" with "deep-rooted passion and drive". I am currently still involved with the First Colonial Dance Team as an assistant coach and social media manager.
