. Lead, manage, and develop my team of 50 to 200 Amazon Associates
· Develop and train team members to become future leaders in and out of operations
· Communicate policies to Associates and act as the primary information source for the team, maintaining compliance, consistency, and taking corrective action when needed
· Work closely with other support teams (HR/PXT, Finance, Facilities, Safety, LP/Security, ABM, RME, IT) on staffing plans, schedules and performance levels,
· Maintain strong relationships with Process Owners and Central Process Engineers in order to drive continuous improvement on performance
· Create, manage, and support recognition and communication programs
· Support all safety programs and OSHA compliance to ensure a safe work environment for all Associates
· Ensure procedures are followed for building security and product loss prevention
· Partner with all management teams to establish and maintain quality control standards
· Manage Fulfillment Center improvement plans in order to focus creating the best customer experience in the most efficient way
· Develop performance goals and objectives to achieve customer demand and ensure accuracy and quality
