
I have several years of experience in customer service and fast-paced work environments. I currently work in hospitality as a Guest Services Associate, where I assist guests, handle requests, and ensure a positive experience in a high-volume setting.
In addition, I have experience as a delivery driver, where I managed time-sensitive deliveries and customer interactions, as well as independent contractor roles with platforms like Amazon Flex and Instacart, which strengthened my time management, reliability, and ability to work independently.
These experiences have helped me develop strong communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to perform under pressure, which I believe are important skills for a customer-focused and safety-oriented role such as a flight attendant.
I am now looking to transition into the aviation industry in a customer service-focused role.
