Responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, checking guests in and out, and handling inquiries. Overseeing front desk operations during the summer seasons of a beach resort.

Conducting criminal research at the county/state/federal level and analyzing data to streamline processes.

• Responsible for the handling of all external vendors both integrated and non-integrated.
• Managing assigned vendors to ensure work is completed in an accurate and timely manner.
• Research and lead potential new vendors through onboarding and acquisition.

• Responsible for directing and monitoring workflow of both domestic and international Client Services agent pool.
• Work closely with CS and other departments to ensure client satisfaction and problem resolution when applicable.
• Leading client and process specific training for new and existing agents.

• Responsible for directing and monitoring workflow of domestic criminal research (ie County/Statewide/Federal/Civil/ETC).
• Assist the PR supervisor with daily operations of the department with regards to staffing needs, training, QA, and general morale building.
• Monitor and tracking of daily production of our team members.

• Serving as trainer and Subject Matter Expert for the division.
• Responsible for ensuring all processes/training materials are accurate and up to date.
• Performing routine audits throughout the department to ensure accuracy across the department.

• Responsible for researching a candidate's potential criminal background.
• Retrieve and enter all applicable information from pulled/faxed files, web-based research, and various other approved resources (BRB/LexusNexus/ETC).
