Accomplishments

Have led teams with over 50 employees.

Helped achieve over $1,000,000 dollars in catering sales with Lakeland BBQ Company, up from approximately $200,000. 1 year after setting the goal, we hit nearly $900,000 in catering sales. The next year we exceeded the goal.

Led the way as #1 in the nation for Inventory Control teams amongst McLane Foodservice DCs.

In a short period of time in a harsh environment like a lumber yard, I brought servant leadership front and center and saw instant results in morale where it was lacking previously.

Coached rec baseball, rec softball, travel baseball, travel softball, and even high school softball for a span of approximately 10 years. Known as a motivator and a coach who believes in his players. Plays to win!
