Responsible for reviewing and sending accurate electronic files to insurance carriers for Paycom clients. Duties include modifying existing files, identifying, troubleshooting and resolving discrepancies found therein. Submitting sensitive file transfer requests to IT team, support client and carrier service teams, and coordinating between all parties.
