I have many years in Customer Service from working at Southwest Airlines and Lowe's. I am very responsible and a hard worker. I have always had a good attendance record and show up on time and ready to work. I have lots of experience volunteering over the years. Ronald McDonald House, Sleeping Bear Dunes, trail maintenance in Colorado, H.E.L.P, Lowe's hero's projects, Cherryland Humane Society among some of the places where I have
volunteered.
As a customer service employee at Lowe's I have many responsibilities. Customer service is the most important, but I also have to work the stock that comes in, refill the shelves when needed, help with resets, making new displays, running the register when needed, helping load merchandise into customers cars, assist other employees when needed. You have to be flexible an help where it is needed.
Stars are given out by managers based on employees going above and beyond and compliments received by customers.
