Summary

I manage a group of bottle girls where I send them to events or clubs that need an extra hand. I give them detailed on what event or club they are going to work and what outfits they will be given. Most of the time I do give them options so they can feel comfortable and what suits for the event of club or events that they are going. Most of the time i let them chose as a team. When i do go with them I do manage where they go and what they are suppose to be doing and taking turns with each guest that comes inside and really push them to a bottle. Making sure the girls get a chance to at least sell a bottle. Manage the money,gratuity,tips. Tips it was they keep if there 2 girls at 1 table they do split it make sure they get even money. Making sure the girls questions are answered making sure we are all on the same page same beat while doing the show being well coordinated. End of the night break down the money making sure the girls are paid correctly.
