At Panera Bread, my position as a required me to take customer orders and make specialty drinks like lattes or smoothies. Another position that I held was at times cleaning our dining area for closing and preparing for the next workday.

• Assisted in training new cashiers on operational procedures and customer service techniques.
• Greeted customers entering store and responded promptly to customer needs.
• Built relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

I was a server at Walden Place Retirement Home for a little over a year. This job required me to serve the residents during their scheduled breakfast, lunch, or dinner time. Servers had to also clean and prepare for the next meal after the residents had gone back up to their rooms.
