My purpose as a CDR representative is to go door to door in the field/neighborhoods and sign homeowners up for a free estimate for home improvements that work I do in the field translate to me getting shifts in retail/events shifts the performance based environment power has to offer is something you truly have to buy into and that’s something i definitely have done I am determined to be a leader for this company and with that being said here are some of my stats thus far with power

I finished with 140 Appointments and 25 estimates with a 2.60 daily average 2.3 Gap and estimating around 19/20% my personal PRS were getting off rookie team in my 2nd full week pitching at 15/4, best pay period of the quarter was 35 and 8 with that pay period also brought my best week off the quarter at 17 and 5 my retail PR was 6 appointments and my field PR was 5 Appointments also contributed to my team the pink peddlers in hitting our 2M dollar revenue goal.

Q3

I am currently at at 148 appointments 35 Estimates with a 2.96 daily average estimating at a 23.1% with a 1.8 Gap percentage with 224k dollars in sales volume to date with 50 shifts worked going into my 2nd full quarter here at power I took it my goal to be constantly consistent to where I can start to be great I’m striving to hit Team lead by the end of the quarter my PRS of the quarter thus far are going 25 and 6 for my best week and finishing the pay period at 34 and 10 to be thriving for the pay period also finishing 6 and 1 for a Saturday shift and setting a field record of 7 appts for the day. Task is simple finish the job and hit team lead numbers to prepare me for a team lead role for Q4.

Q4

My goals are to have 200 appointments with 50 estimates and a 3.5/4.0 daily average estimating at a 30% with all shifts worked, I am wanting to lead from the front and ultimately put my name in the hat for a REP OF THE MONTH SHIRT I’ve completely bought into the power culture and am truly looking forward to pursuing a role as Team lead here with power I believe I have all the intangibles it takes to be a great leader here at power and everything that being a leader at power embodies I am ready to endure I made a career changing decision in my life and am looking forward to this opportunity weather it is now or in the very near future I am ready and eager to grow my career with power.
