
I'm grateful for the variety of roles I've had in customer service, hospitality, sales, and operations. Each one has taught me something new and given me the chance to step up-whether it was training new teammates, guiding auditors, or running events solo (sometimes with less instruction than I probably should've had). I've always approached these opportunities with gratitude, a positive attitude, and maybe just a little stubborn determination. Now that I've graduated, I'm excited to start the first stage of my career. What I enjoy most is connecting with people-customers, co-workers, or leaders-and being someone they can count on. My goal is to bring that same energy, integrity, and sense of humor to a company where I can keep growing, learn from the best, and hopefully make Mondays a little easier for everyone.
