Poor beer for people at a high pace thru a couple of hours. Do bar inventory and weekly bar cleaning. Taking a weekly inventory of beer, glass, pop and any other bar necessary's.

Served patrons their food and beverage. Clean there dishes when done. aloow the customer a home feeling. Always discuss the special with upselling customers on food and dinks.

Cleaned glass for the bar and server. Bussed the bar top including servers tables. Made table side guac for the tables that came into the restaurant and re stock the ice for the bar and servers.
