Also acquired experience in gutter installation/roofing done with unofficial hiring as side job by a family member owned business. As well as landscaping with another family owned business.

Hard labor work has always been a staple in my family for generations. The more work, the better.

Interests

Started welding at the start of 2024 Found a passion for it and pursued it by going to classes held at Minot North Highschool I look up to my teacher (Mr Bobby Lewis) as he has helped me with my experience far better than anyone I can imagine

To grow my passion I participated in the following welding competitions:

Northland technical college, behind the mask

Lynnes Welding Training (LWT), 11th annual highschool welding competition

Skills USA Ignite, Welding And Fabrication team build

These competitions helped me become a better welder and teammate, giving me experience in real world activities and work environments While at my competition for Lynnes Welding Training (LWT) I won 2nd place in the GMAW category and 3rd place in the SMAW category My second place prize included a $1,000 scholarship for a technical college/school of my choice

This has inspired me to become greater and to chase opportunities of such to find a future and a career for me in this field
