Isabella Baxter

As a housing services team member, I would be fully committed to ensuring students always walk away feeling they were helped kindly and efficiently. I would be great at working as a team with my coworkers, as I have always been beloved by my past coworkers and have been praised for excellent teamwork. I am good at conflict resolution, calming people down, and making sure everyone feels heard and assisted. I am a very kind and bubbly person, but I am also a hard worker and would take my job seriously. I would be very reliable in showing up for all my shifts on time and staying til the end or staying late if needed. I have been recognized by managers, particularly those at Target, as someone who is resourceful, easy to get along with, and makes a positive impact on every customers day. I am highly interested in processing and delivering mail, managing key databases, and handling temporary lockout keys. I am fully committed to doing such things as well as anything else that is asked of me. I am a fast learner and would be fast yet care-full and efficient at the prior mentioned duties after training.
