  • As a collection expert, my responsibilities include inbound and outbound calls, email, data entry, and processing payment. I oversee monitoring the firm’s receivables and identify delinquent accounts. Contact clients with delinquent accounts and try to collect the late money or work out a payment plan to collect it in installments. Use credit bureau data, port office information, internet searches, and other resources to discover clients who have changed phone numbers. Meet the expected call volume. Maintain records of contacts and attempts to contact delinquent account customers. As well as any payments received from them Address billing-related concerns and complaints from customers. Submit regular updates on the status of delinquent bills and repayment progress. I work with minimal to no supervision.
