- My schedule was Monday through Friday 9am-5pm. 1 hour & 30 mins of lunch and anytime that I can take. Saturdays I worked 10 AM to 2 PM. I’m taking payments from the customers posted in the system. My role on Medical Center was taking calls checking insurance insurances medical insurances make an appointment for the customers, taking calls to help our patience to see if the patients they have their prescriptions ready on the pharmacy, and I do filing all the results for the patients
