My schedule was Monday through Friday 9am-5pm. 1 hour & 30 mins of lunch and anytime that I can take. Saturdays I worked 10 AM to 2 PM. I’m taking payments from the customers posted in the system. I do Auto quote by the phone , Auto quotes in the office. Renters insurances ,I try to help customers to the better insurance that we have. we try to get the best customer service , I have experience working in this company almost 4 years, before I was working for the insurance company I was working at the front desk clinic at the Guadalupe Medical Center. I worked there for almost 15 years. My role on Medical Center was taking calls checking insurance insurances medical insurances make an appointment for the customers, taking calls to help our patience to see if the patients they have their prescriptions ready on the pharmacy, and I do filing all the results for the patients
