 Walking is used to meet the emotional needs of the owner as well as the needs of the dog. Having a companion at your side looking after you as you do for them. Its my fresh start to a brand new day and why not get the most out of the walks that we have. 

Gaming on the other hand is something I vent too when things are just too overwhelming at times. And with games I could sit in front of the tv and just let myself go and really give some time to myself to sit there and relax and forget about real life problems.
