As an account care expert, I see to it that customer's concerns and requests for their mobile accounts are met. In a fast- paced call center environment, I take up to 50 calls a day. All decisions are carefully considered with the brand and customers best interest in mind. During this time I have gained valuable experience in de- escalating customers and achieving proper resolution. I work completely in the digital space and use many different tools and systems to work through whatever is necessary to complete everything that comes my way.

In- Home delivery drivers have the capability and proper safety training to enter customers homes. We use panic buttons, body cameras and cell phones to keep us and our members safe and organized. In order to be considered for this job I had and still have to maintain being in good standing with no disciplinary action, have at least a year of tenure, and pass the necessary driving and safety training. I am held to a high standard of integrity, honesty, and responsibility to be allowed into the homes of our members. When I am not driving, I am helping out in the department, or anywhere I am needed in the store.

This job entails many daily tasks. I walk around the store on a "pick run" and gather up to 8 grocery orders at a time. During this process, I am timed and must keep up a "pick rate'' metric. After completing a pick run, I will stage it in an organized system with it's respected commodity. I also dispense orders to our customers, which includes greeting them and going over any possible unavailable or substituted items. I work with many systems to complete the two main tasks including an order tracking system, availability, dispatcher, hub, and the general sub- systems in the main application. I also use a variety of devices to complete each task such as cell phones, landline phones, touch computers, pc computers, and I- Pads. I am also trained to schedule and manage the department.

As Corps Commander I was responsible for leading the entire program. I made sure we had all events and activities outside of school organized and ready to perform, and I was also responsible for ensuring everyone met the proper disciplinary standards to participate, as well as making sure everyone was properly within military regulations when in uniform. I also made sure my squadron was positively representing AFJROTC and our program, especially in uniform. When it came to my squadron, each cadet came to me with any problems or issues they needed help with. During all these activities I made sure I was always within regulations and leading by example. I spent four years total in our AFJROTC program, and worked my way up to Corps Commander during this time. I ended my time in this program with a total of 22 ribbons, 4 medals, 2 cords, 3 badges, and colonel rank.
