- This video explains the characteristics Early Childhood landscape and Head Start providers have access to, while learning on the job. Care act provides funding from the governor to help reopen childcare. Why apprenticeship is gained Early Childhood Education transforming the workforce for the children from birth to age 8. Some components are employer involvement, structured job and time provided for mentee and mentor.
- How did the webinar help to enhance your skills or knowledge relative to your job position? This video gave me some enlightenment by job training and partnership with receiving higher learning. As a teacher I have gained knowledge by receiving a careers study certificate, teacher assistant certificate, Early Childhood Education associate degree and later further my education with a bachelor degree in Sociology / diverse and inequality.
- How will you use this information when you return to your classroom? I will follow all protocols from this video. I will always encourage parents to further their education and also be an advocate for job training and also encourage them to volunteer in the classroom.
