I was a successful high school athlete who played football as an offensive lineman and also was a strong weightlifter. I ended up becoming the school record holder for the squat and bench despite me being one of the smallest guys on my team just a few years before. After a few injuries I wasn’t able too train the way I did and weight gain became a problem for me. After many months, I began to set goals for myself and started too learn as much as I could online to get my nutrition and life style right. In one year, I managed to lose 110 pounds all by myself and no help from a trainer. This was one of those life experiences that really showed my resilience and ability to remain disciplined when motivation isn’t enough on some days and my desire too gain knowledge in order to grow. This is a trait of mine I believe makes me valuable.
