I have to know all the beers we sell and the food on the menu to make sure I can answer all guests questions appropriately!

I’m a server at a bbq restaurant called Slo bones! I have to know the menu and how everything is prepared in order to take orders correctly! Also have a full bar so I have to know all drinks that can be served!

I bartended and served for over 12 years at this location. I absolutely loved it! Loved all my regulars and everything about the job! I was the head bartender so I would train everyone that came in to bartend .. I love being a leader! I left this job because I moved .
