I worked as a server at TopGolf, where I provided fast and friendly service in a high-energy, guest -focused environment. My responsibilities included

taking food and drink orders, running drinks and occasionally meals to guests promptly, and assisting with the gaming system to ensure players had a smooth and enjoyable experience. I also played a key role in creating a fun atmosphere by engaging with guests and enhancing their overall visit. In addition to customer service, I helped clean and reset bays, maintained cleanliness throughout the venue, and was trained in opening and closing procedures to ensure the location operated smoothly from start to finish. This role strengthened my multitasking, communication, and hospitality skills.

I worked at Aerie as a sales associate, where I was responsible for a variety of tasks that supported both back room operations and front-of-store

customer service. In the back room, I organized inventory, hung and folded clothing, and kept the stockroom clean and efficient. On the sales floor, I helped organize shelves, worked in the fitting room assisting customers, processed online and in-store pickup orders, and handled transactions as a cashier. I also provided friendly and helpful customer service, answering questions and offering styling advice.
