While working for Alton Renovations I have accomplished multiple tasks within established timeframes. Enhanced customer satisfaction by resolving disputes promptly, maintaining open lines of communication, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. I also improved marketing to attract new customers and promote business.

Throughout the week I worked with kids all day. I was a tumbling and gymnastics coach and also a camp counselor. The job required me to watch and socialize with kids all day. Make sure everyone was staying safe and having fun. For this Job I was also in charge of the front desk at times. I greeted everyone with a smile, made sure I kept everything organized and clean. I also answered phone calls regarding scheduling, new class changes, and any questions any of our customers had.

At Pacsun my job was to maintain a clean organized inventory and curated displays of rotating seasonal clothing and accessories. I anticipated customers needs and provided them high quality service while upholding brand standards. I also handled POS system transactions including credit, debit, and cash.

During my time at Wendy's I had multiple roles I took on. I was a shift leader and had to make sure that my shifts were running smoothly and effectively. I maintained store cleanliness at all times by delegating tasks appropriately among team members as required. Also ensuring that the customers were satisfied with their meals and the time it took to prepare it.

As a hostess I was able to grow in areas such as fast pace working, connecting with customers, and flexibility. My responsibilities included greeting and seating guest. Making sure tables were clean and organized before seating, answering the phone, and taking reservations. I was in charge of being the guests first face they met in the restaurant and giving them a all around welcoming experience.
