In my role as a host, I developed strong teamwork skills by working with servers, kitchen staff, and managers to ensure a smooth and enjoyable dinning expiericence for every guest. I coordinated seating and waitlist during busy hours, which required clear communication and fast desicion-making in a team setting. I also helped teamates during high-volume shifts, stepped in when others needed support, and kept a posotive attitede under pressure.
My social skills grew through constant iteraction with guests welcoming them warmly, handling with special requests, and resolving concerns in a professional and freindly way. This expierience taught me how to be composed, approchable, and repectable in all types of social situations, which helped build customer loyalty and contribute to a positive team enviornment.
