Worked in Central Indiana as a Sales Manager for Discount Roof. Areas covered included the following counties: Delaware, Madison, Henry, Jay, Grant, Blackford, Randolph, Wells, Tipton, Howard, Wabash, Huntington and Allen. Work off leads to provide homeowners with estimates for Roofs, Siding, and gutters. Leads were company given and self generated. Job Required driving, lifting up to 100 lbs, working off a ladder to provide inspection of roof. Taking photos of areas needing serviced. Generating an estimate(s) for homeowner to review. The signing of contracts and receiving initial payment to move job forward for services requested. At completion of job taking photos of work done. Receiving final payment.

Started as part time courier. Moved into Team Lead of couriers.

Required to run specific route to pick up medical specimens from designated clients and transport them in temperature they were received and deliver them to lab for processing. Also delivered mail (reports) and supplies.

As Team Lead was responsible for knowing all courier routes within branch. Did vehicle inspections to ensure all maintenance was performed within specified time required.

Perform driver ride a longs to ensure drivers were complying with departmental SOP's.

Moved to Manager of couriers and warehouse of entire Indiana Region. Responsible for hiring, training, scheduling, and performance reviews all drivers in Muncie, Indianapolis, Fort Wayne, and Terre Haute. Responsible for all vehicle mileage, maintenance and ordering for all previously mentioned branches. Responsible for making routes for all clients in the entire State of Indiana. Ensuring that all routes were run ergonomically efficient to ensure all specimens were received in Branch Labs for testing. All while meeting established time lines to be transported to Regional Lab in Dublin, OH nightly. Responsible for quarterly evaluations of all drivers and warehouse staff.

Picked specific generated orders for customers using motorized pallet jack. Used and computer generated pick list to complete customer order and stack onto shipping pallet. Picked grocery, perishable and frozen items as requested by each individual customer store.

Used motorized pallet jacks, sit down forklift trucks, and standup forklift trucks.

Also worked as a quality assurance inspector in the perishable food department. Responsible for checking size and freshness quality of products being delivered to the warehouse. Required to make decision on if perishable product meet quality standards. If product met standards it was accepted and received into the warehouse slotting system. If product did not meet standards on quality it was rejected and returned to truck.

Worked receiving trucks for dry grocery, Frozen foods and perishable (produce) foods.
