Through my work with other interns and supervisors on various projects, I was able to develop my communication and teamwork skills. Additionally, I gained valuable experience in the management of time and the solution of problems, which will be helpful in my future professional endeavors. I also gained confidence in a real-world work environment as a result of my hands-on experience. It was challenging to adapt to the fast-paced nature of the projects, which at first seemed overwhelming. My workload was efficiently managed as a result of learning to prioritize tasks effectively and seeking guidance when necessary. I gained a greater understanding of resilience and the importance of flexibility in a dynamic work environment as a result of this experience.
