When working at Hollister, I would attain to every customers wants and needs, including following up during their time. I maintained a positive attitude and energy for everyone and my team members. I made sure the customers knew I could be helpful in any situation needed.

Even though my time here was only for the summer season, I contributed a positive and presentable energy and attitude. I kept every area clean and manageable for myself, and other team members. Customer satisfaction was the top priority while making their time, wanting to come again. I furthered my knowledge of efficiently opening and closing shift tasks while making sure everything was prepared for the day ahead.

I have worked two summer programs as a peer tutor for elementary school aged children. This has been my favorite job I have worked and for many reasons. I was able to build a comfortable, safe and helpful relationship for each student. I served as a mentor to those in need and provided more than just educational support, but also emotional and social support as well. I worked alongside a teacher and helped with any task she needed. When working here, I assisted students in improving academically, while also being there even when they just needed a break. I have helped guide students through difficult times and provided strategies for a next time.

Working in the food industry taught me a lot of patience and corrections. I would use my multitasking skills by managing multiple customers needs simultaneously. I was always focused on making sure their time was more than enjoyable. I created an efficient workflow, including collaborating with team members.

I handled high and low situations here while being calm to make sure the customer is satisfied after their time being there. I enhanced my customer service by always asking more questions to make sure I had excellent accuracy. I maintained a clean and organized work area for myself and those around me. I have created positive relationships with regular and new customers in light of a loyal and personalized experience. I completed opening and closing tasks, including the cash register and handling money throughout the day.
