As a most recent Store Manager, there is still much to learn. However, my skills will continue growing. I am a very trusted leader at Leaf and Grain, where we sell salads, sandwiches, smoothies, and desserts. Every detail counts in order to make sure the store is running to its full potential. Making sure your team is set in the same goal as you if potentially the biggest factor. That is why constant check-ins and write up conversations are necessary. Multi-tasking is a huge part, ensuring to place all orders accurately while delegating tasks to the team during service is a part of daily operations. I am also a fast learner so most tasks are perfected after a few tries.
