Jeff Wilkening

• I assist the Service Manager in facilitating the completion of shop jobs by ordering parts and materials in a timely manner to allow completion of jobs on time. I serve as Service Manager in his absence.

Other duties include, but are not limited to:

• Light machine work using a lathe, milling machine, and drill press.
• Extensive use of CNC bandsaw.
• Layout and cutout of tubing and components for removable disaster relief containers.
• The repair, troubleshooting or service of hydraulic cylinders, pumps, motors and various mechanical and hydraulic components.
• Final assembly of disaster relief debris and log grapples, using various high pressure hydraulic hose and fittings.
• Inventory tracking and procurement of various components needed for completion of company produced product(Waste containers, grapples).
• Heavy equipment operation, including log loaders, log skidders, dozer, tractors and forklifts.
• Rigging and installation(mechanical and electrical) of waste containers on customer and company owned trucks.
• Training of new employees in various tasks.

• Performed troubleshooting and diagnosis on malfunctioning equipment.
• Maintained facilities electrical systems.
• Maintained HVAC systems, including , troubleshooting and repair.
• Performed maintenance and improvements on buildings and grounds.
• Installed residential and light commercial electrical systems.

• Performed troubleshooting on HVAC systems to determine root cause of issues.
• Conducted maintenance service on HVAC systems to increase life expectancy of equipment and prevent costly repair work.
• Investigated major malfunctions and breakdowns of heating and air-conditioning systems and used troubleshooting to determine causes.
• Traveled to job sites for both scheduled and emergency appointments.
• Designed and installed total HVAC systems.
• Installed and serviced propane systems.
