I love the game of basketball. I believe what happens on the court is just as important as what happens off the court. True coaching is about building a team and developing leadership qualities that go far beyond the game. I started a Special Needs Basketball Program that I've been running for 18 years. I also reinitialized the Politz basketball program for both boys and girls. What gives me the most satisfaction is watching my players grow-not just as athletes, but as better individuals off the court.
