*Converting potential clients into official clients through our consult calls. It does require a person who is good on the phone with new potential clients, who wants to learn how to show up for potential clients who are need of therapy and are feeling vulnerable. You also need to be good at sales, marketing, are business savvy and feel energized from converting poetntial clients to actual clients. This is the most important part of the role.

*Sending out referrals to therapists via email/text for the clients that you converted.
Scheduling and google calendar management

*Close Communications relationship building with the Psychotherapists, Clients and Psychiatrists
Submitting insurance claims through Mentaya

*Knows how to use an EHR system is a plus but if not we can train you

*Creates a strong referral system for our group practice as it continues to expand and grow

*Thrives in multi-tasking and handling last minute and time urgent matters

*Client outreach and ongoing Client communications

• Provides coaching services to clients with a focus on coordinating and leading group coaching sessions and workshops on personal and spiritual development, career growth or transition, work/life balance, personal relationships, trauma, stress management techniques, breathwork, limiting fears and beliefs, inner child work, and shadow work
• Works with different age demographics including teens, young adults, adults, and seniors.

• Coordinates mindfulness events for both employees and families of Miracles For Kids, a nonprofit company in Irvine, CA
• Assists in the organization of events, recruiting volunteers, and arranging other projects to raise awareness to the community about this organization.

• Helped to launch 360 Miracle in 2020 which now embraces 175+ members
• The program epitomizes Women empowering Women to make an impact and 'be the miracle' for vulnerable families
• Assisted 360 Miracle Circle group to raise over $170,000 with 100% going directly to relief efforts.

• Provided wellness coaching services to clients with a focus on nutrition, exercise, and stress management
• Developed and implemented individualized wellness plans resulting in a 65% increase in client satisfaction
• Conducted group coaching sessions and workshops on healthy living and mindfulness techniques.

Certified in both Spiritual and Life Coaching by ACSTH and ICF accredited program

Completed 100+ hours of life coaching with clients

YACEP accredited program to facilitate trauma informed breath work sessions for the both individuals and groups
