Accomplishments

I had a caller call wanting to harm herself and I jumped into action and stayed on the phone with this young lady. I helped her get the help she was asking for. While I was on the phone with her I waited until I heard first responders on the other end to assist her. I did receive praise for my efforts in saving a life.
