• Visited more established local sister sites after launch to observe best practices, which resulted in multiple safety improvements throughout our site, including having jam pole holders added across the site to prevent tripping due to jam poles being on the ground, and bump guards on forklifts to prevent AAs from striking their legs on sharp corners at the entrance to the operating area.
• Worked with the Network POC to have an additional superhighway added to the AR floor to reduce the negative impact of floor obstructions and reduce the travel time of pods to stations during peak volume times.
• Create and execute daily staffing plans to deliver on OB, IB, and Sortation volume numbers, while hitting operational, administrative, and safety goals.
• Coordinate with CF to maintain OSP adherence, while ensuring CPT units make CE.

• Identified and drove improved SW to reduce weekly IRDR DPMO from and weekly average of 18k+, down to <11k weekly.
