Managed a crew of 8 to 10 workers performing lawn maintenance, irrigation installation and flower garden installation and maintenance

Dispatched and planned loads on fleet of 60 to 80 fuel truck drivers delivering fuel to local gas stations. Planned loads on drivers, discussed each load with driver to make sure on time delivery. Also working with suppliers so drivers could pull enough fuel for customers. Maintained and created Excel spreadsheets to document levels and punctuality

During my time with Tango I held several positions. Starting with pricing and rating, CSR, Driver Manager and lastly Load Planner. As planner I dispatched loads on all drivers in the southeast region. My area encompassed LA, MS, AL, GA and FL. Made sure any driver passing thru area had connecting load to his next load or thru the house for hometime. Maintained constant communication with customer service group and driver managers.
