  • Performs daily, weekly, and monthly inspections of the facility (4 buildings) and its equipment. To ensure preventive repairs and general maintenance of all equipment, confirming it is in condition to operate.
  • I address all maintenance requests made by facility staff. Assign repair orders to team members or outsource to contractors, according to degree of skills and/or labor required.
  • Responsible for minor and/or moderate repairs, general maintenance of buildings, and grounds. This includes electrical, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, roofing, and painting tasks. I exercise discretion when identifying projects that require the services of skilled contractors.
  • Provide supervision of external contractors, staff, logistics, preventative maintenance techs, janitorial services and other contracted professional and/or licensed contractor maintenance support.
  • Provides oversight of facility requirements to my director for safety and pest control.
  • I am responsible for the purchase of repair parts and janitorial supplies. As necessary, I use discretion relative to costs and budgets.
  • I am responsible for the organization of all activities throughout the facility. This includes setups and breakdowns of events.
  • I train and coach team members on how to work effectively, presentation, teamwork, strong work ethics, growth, and company culture.
  • I oversee the pick-up and delivery of any and all donations (clothing, furniture, food, and appliances) from multiple donors and sponsors in the Georgia area.
  • I meet with other departments within the facility, to ensure safety and exercise efficient communication skills.
  • I assist with coordinating the interior and exterior renovations to the facility.
  • I oversee all operations of the facility.
