I have 9+ years of experience with The Home Depot in various leadership roles within the store.
I am currently a CXM and VOC Captain at Store 0476 in Chandler, AZ.
Prior to my current role, I was the D31/94 DS, D28 DS, and inFocus Captain at Store 0417.
Before my transfer to Arizona, I was FES at Store 0652 for 2.5 years, Specialty DS prior to SLS, Pro DS, and D26 DS. I was acting MOD/Key Carrier, New Hire Orientation Leader, inFocus Captain, and the Kids Workshop Captain.
Leadership:
Teach, Coach, Train, and Develop associates through mentorship, recognition, accountability, and follow-up to help associates achieve their short-term and long-term career goals.
Conflict Resolution and Problem Solving.
Inspire associates by building strong relationships to individualize motivating strategy.
Communication Board to get necessary information out to multiple associates across varying shifts.
Organization and Prioritization:
Leading the team to reach goals by appointing Captainships to drive results and develop leaders.
Monitor workflows for all departments to maintain efficiency and drive sales throughout store.
Clearly set standards and expectations for departments and store that directly reflects the direction and vision of Store Manager.
Cash Handling, vault verification, customer issue resolution and follow-up Drive Credit, VOC, Safety Awareness, and boost moral in multiple departments by making work fun
Phone sales, Refund/Re-Ring orders, Order Up, Customer Service
Ensure accountability by disciplinary actions in fair and consistent manner to maintain respect and dignity of associate
