I am a very motivated individual. I pick up on new things fairly quickly. I am also mother of 3. My youngest children are my one year old twins, so multitasking and thriving through stressful situations are a few skills that I would say that I have learned to master. I also pride myself on my customer service skills which I have many years experience with. I have worked with all types of personalities and would say that I am pretty easy to get along with. I am a team also a team player and will always do anything that I can to help my coworkers if they need it.

When I began working for PBS I was hired as an AR assistant. I was in charge of all invoicing, I would take in customer payments, I would send out past due notices and mail out monthly statements as well as monitoring credits. I now work in the inside sales department where I answer sales calls and place customer orders. I also assist our drivers with our new on demand routing system and help them get dispatched throughout the week as well as helping teams from other branches navigate the new system as well. I also still assist with AR tasks when I am needed as well.
