- I began my career with Dish as a customer service representative. I was then trained to handle partner accounts for customers that had services bundled with other companies for internet and home phone. After that I was trained as a tech support agent to help customers with troubleshooting signal issues. I went through advanced tech training to further help customers with outdoor equipment and traveling services. I was finally promoted to our loyalty team to help customers wanting to lower their bill or cancel services. I am proud to say I was with Dish for the six years in a row that we were named #1 in Customer Satisfaction among Cable/Satellite TV Service Providers nationally.
