
I am a pre-law student at La Salle University majoring in Criminal Justice with a minor in Human Services. I am a consistent Dean’s List recipient balancing a full-time academic schedule of six courses per semester while working 40+ hours per week in fitness management.At 20 years old, I became the youngest Assistant General Manager within Fitness Holdings, overseeing full club operations at Crunch Fitness. My role includes staff scheduling, hiring and training, inventory management, deposits, equipment maintenance, marketing and brand promotion, membership production, and the growth of the personal training department. I also track performance metrics, manage customer concerns, and ensure daily operations run efficiently.My professional background spans restaurant operations, senior living care, retail, concessions, and fitness sales. In every role I have held, I have earned increased responsibility and promotions through consistency, reliability, and leadership.As a commuter managing long days and demanding responsibilities, I have developed strong discipline, time management, and resilience.
