The experience gained in this position will lead me through any adversities as it relates to managing teams and sourcing market information, both current and past sales to dictate an opinion of value. During my tenure at Johnston Property Valuation I was in charge of new employee intake and training, my approach to training was personal approach based on the individuals personality and temperament.
