In February of 2025, I took on the task of Buffalo Wild Wings. Being part of this new Concept for Sodexo was fun, but challenging. Have a restaurant concept is awesome, but starting it from ground zero was a fun task. Hiring employees, setting up schedules, ordering food, designing the dining area, being part of the first ever BWW was a great learning experience for me. From the grand opening to summer time we were busy, and had to manage schedules, and trained servers, ran bartenders, had allot to manage to make it successful. Restaurant busy is a tough concept, but managing the chaos and getting a new concept up and going for sodexo was great.

July of 2025 was able to move back to concessions a job I did miss and a job I enjoyed. From day 1 the concessions job has be busy. Being part of the team that gets to open an event center, another new concept at Sodexo, and my 3rd new concept I am able to be part of is great. Being part of the set up of the event center, from setting up or delivery accounts, fintech, getting new contract with outside vendors, setting vendors to sell at concessions, learning how to get contracts done for NPO groups, vendors and alot of other stuff has been great. The leadership of Tanner Smith, showing me the ropes of dealing with the client, dealing with vendors, and being part of decision making meetings, i have been fortunate and lucky to do all that. Building relationships with the clients, and the event center people has really help me be able to make concessions a better experience for our customers.

Manged Blaze Pizza for a semester, then that Summer I was tasked to set up and start a new store on campus. Worked during the summer of 2023 creating a new concept in which we called Oscar P Store. Built the store and opened it September of 2022. Also assisted ETBU in there start up of their store The Blue Bengal.Helped mentor and support that team get it up and running.

I then took over Concessions in 2022, and took it from a smaller operation to where it is today. Started by adding concessions for the first time to soccer,Volleyball, Baseball, Softball, Track and field and Rodeo. Changed the menus added alcohol for the first time and tried new menus each year. Managed a team of 90 Part timers run concessions all year. Worked with Athletics Marketing and added more marketing to grow the concessions area. Worked with each sport to make concessions a better experience for the crowd at each event.

• Responsible for maintaining and overseeing: Chick Filet, Starbucks, Dunkin Doughnuts, and T-Birds
• Supervise 40 50 staff members
• Assist with scheduling and deposits
• Do all the ordering for retail stores
• Help set-up and organize concession stands for football and basketball games
• Do inventory for all locations, build them in Market Connection

• Wash pots and dishes
• Kept kitchen clean
• Unloaded trucks for the dining hall and kitchen

• I was hired in as a car washer and was promoted to Supervisor of Customer Support
• Manage day to day operations for the resorts driving school cars and 20 facility vehicles
• Schedule each day to include washing of cars, fueling, and preparing the vehicles for class
• Two to three schools are run daily and I am responsible for approximately 60-70 vehicles a day
• Responsible for each vehicle being used at our property and that the vehicles are up to our business owner’s satisfaction
• Customer service is key in my position, and we make sure everyone is satisfied with their experience at the resort
• Maintain departments daily schedule, and the scheduling of payroll
• Work along with my team members to ensure the work is being completed in a timely manner
• Ability to stand on my feet all day, deal with weather temperatures in extreme heat and winter weather

• Responsible for driving VIP clients, athletes, entertainers, business owners and charters
• Pick up clients from private planes and drive them to their destination
• I would work their schedule and work with security for all parties involved. The hours could be one day or multiple days
• Working at a fast pace and accommodating guest with great customer service.

• 1997-2000 I worked the preload department, loading and unloading trailers.
• 2000-2005 I was a driver and knew over 35 routes. Driving consisted of tight schedules, long shifts, making strict timelines, and being accountable to deliver all packages for my routes.
• 2005-present: My position is a Supervisor. My duties include payroll, customer service, and route mapping. I oversee 160 employees, and I am responsible for setting up vacation schedules, am accountable for all of my drivers’ routes, and I ensure the delivery of all packages.
• I have attended safety school, management training and supervisor training.
• I have coordinated and held meetings for staff.
