Medical assistant at an outpatient procedure office, my work environment consists of blood draws, pt wound care of lower extremity with necrotic toes/feet/legs.
Our patient were diagnosed with PAD, I also do all the consultation with the doctor as well as contacting patient scheduling filling Charting sending out referrals via fax and email contacting referring doctors as well as providing updates on mutual patient ordering Rx restocking maintaining clean organizing area blood draws.
Assist patients in translating from English to Spanish ad well as translating medical information from doctor to patient.
