• The responsibilities of a Warehouse Supervisor for O’Reilly Automotive are as follows: You are responsible for all your production metrics, such as Parts per Hour, Payrole %, Indirect % of production, and Overall Department Production percent

• In this position, I was in charge of all aspects of Inventory control for the Phoenix Distribution Center
• I was able to create a department that provided support to the rest of the departments within our Distribution Center
• I had made databases that the departments use to assist them in managing their areas
• I had taken tasks from the Stocking, Receiving, and Loading departments and added them to IC department to make better use of our production hours and better use of my personnel
• I conducted three very successful inventories at the Phoenix Distribution Center
• I was also actively involved in the creation and implementation of a Inventory task plan for all the facilities with in the Logistics department.

• Supervisor for IC/ DP for the CSK Priority Parts Depots I am responsible for the management of inventory for two main Distribution Centers for special order product
• One of which is located in Phoenix, Arizona and the other in Santa Anna, California
• The responsibilities include but are not limited to Inventory reporting (i.e
• Cycle count, Variance Reports, Fill Rate, and SKU counts), Cycle count Program, Maintaining replenishment locations, and Accuracy programs
• In addition to the inventory control functions of my position I also assist with HR functions at the Phoenix location
• I am accountable for Equipment Safety training, Hazardous Materials training, and Application of the companies Attendance policies.

• At the time there were six reports that I had created to assist in managing areas of Demand, Overstock Utilization, and Fill rates.

• During the time, that I was the Supervisor for Stocking First shift it was constantly changing
• In fact, the First Shift Stocking did not exist until we put it together in 1998
• I was in charge of setting up the crew and training the associates that had never been in stocking before
• As we progressed, the crews’ change from a medium size crew to a large crew and back to a medium size
• We also reworked the entire stocking process and implemented the LMS system
• I worked very closely with our IT departments developing the stocking RF programs
• Along with the RF programs, I was also very involved in the creation of our Preferred methods that are used today
• As the Maintenance Supervisor, I worked very closely with the Distribution Center Director in setting the priority list of projects
• We also started a program of keeping replacement parts on hand to save time with down equipment and reduce lost production time
• I also did extensive research into outfitting our equipment with tracking devices for accidents
• I was also in charge of Special projects during this time of my career
• I was in charge of putting together and operating the off – site pulling and packing of our Christmas program in 2002
• It was the most successful of all the DC’s programs at that time
• I also was responsible for researching outside warehouse options and negotiating a contract with Total Distribution to handle our outside storage and container de – vanning.

• In this position, I was responsible for the daily operations of the Departments I was assigned
• In the time that I served as a Lead, I was assigned three major Departments, Pulling, Returns, and Stocking
• As a Lead, I was responsible for the department’s productivity goals and associate scheduling.

• As a stocker, I was given daily activities such as stocking receiving into overstock and pulling overstock to fill the pull bays
• I was certified on all types of lift equipment.

• During my time in this position, I was responsible for the creation and operation of a facility to receive and distribute used shelving from our stores
• I was responsible for all daily activities and for input on an operational budget.
