Summary

I am a track proven Front Line Supervisor. I have many skills that would be very beneficial to your organization. I spent 38 years with one company, although I learned from many parts of the business and I have a lot of experiences to share and mentor my future team. Personally I have grown up in and around Phoenix. I have traveled much of the state of Arizona. I have been Married for over 20 years and we have 5 children that are grown and building there own Families. My wife and I are starting to travel and enjoy our empty nest. I believe that I maintain a healthy work and personal life mix and I am ready to help others when needed. I am always interested in new challenges and setting challenging goals for myself. I look forward to learning new systems and processes and adding that knowledge to my own.

  • Cycle count, Variance Reports, Fill Rate, and SKU counts), Cycle count Program, Maintaining replenishment locations, and Accuracy programs
  • In addition to the inventory control functions of my position I also assist with HR functions at the Phoenix location
  • I am accountable for Equipment Safety training, Hazardous Materials training, and Application of the companies Attendance policies.

First Shift Stocking and Maintenance Supervisor

  • During the time, that I was the Supervisor for Stocking First shift it was constantly changing
  • In fact, the First Shift Stocking did not exist until we put it together in 1998
  • I was in charge of setting up the crew and training the associates that had never been in stocking before
  • As we progressed, the crews’ change from a medium size crew to a large crew and back to a medium size
  • We also reworked the entire stocking process and implemented the LMS system
  • I worked very closely with our IT departments developing the stocking RF programs
  • Along with the RF programs, I was also very involved in the creation of our Preferred methods that are used today
  • As the Maintenance Supervisor, I worked very closely with the Distribution Center Director in setting the priority list of projects
  • We also started a program of keeping replacement parts on hand to save time with down equipment and reduce lost production time
  • I also did extensive research into outfitting our equipment with tracking devices for accidents
  • I was also in charge of Special projects during this time of my career
  • I was in charge of putting together and operating the off – site pulling and packing of our Christmas program in 2002
  • It was the most successful of all the DC’s programs at that time
  • I also was responsible for researching outside warehouse options and negotiating a contract with Total Distribution to handle our outside storage and container de – vanning.
