- Responsible for obtaining documents from Avis & Budget Rental to assist claims representatives in claim investigation & recovery
- Experience in deescalating problematic situations between client, customers & renters.

- Responsible for addressing client & customer needs

- Experience using Microsoft Office Tools to create spreadsheets, demands & PowerPoint for presentations in a given department

- Responsible for generating & submitting property damage demands via E-Subro Hub, Email/ Fax, Mail, Etc.
- Responsible for negotiating liability based on accident State Guidelines & loss details
