With a solid two years of experience in the real estate industry, I have managed to sell 25 on-market properties and 23 off-market properties. My expertise extends beyond traditional real estate transactions as I lead our company's off-market division, imparting invaluable knowledge to fellow real estate professionals on how to identify great opportunities for their investor clients making sure they are satisfied with their purchase.
In the last 10 months I have established a team called, “Spruced Up team”, where I'll conduct biweekly training sessions focused on essential skills such as cold calling, lead follow-up, and cultivating strong relationships with clients and vendor partners. My dedication to being in this role of mentorship is seeing others under me succeeding and making sure we establish a healthy relationship with not only our clients but amongst ourselves.
Additionally, I have collaborated closely with our owner Tim Williams and his client McGuinn Homes, where I served as a versatile asset by facilitating open houses, distributing flyers, and ensuring that clients were well taken care of, and that most importantly our builders felt appreciated with refreshments and grace. My multifaceted role as a floater exemplifies my adaptability and willingness to go above and beyond to provide exceptional service in every aspect of real estate transactions.
